My package includes

• A complimentary 30 minute consultation via video call to ensure we are a perfect fit!

• Two prenatal visits — to prepare, connect, and discuss your goals and preferences

• Birth plan guidance — helping you create a plan that feels right for you

• Advocacy & emotional support — ensuring your voice is heard and your choices are respected

• Education — providing information, comfort measures, and coping tools for labor and birth

• One postpartum visit — to support your recovery, processing, and early days with your baby

• Unlimited text support — for questions, reassurance, and guidance throughout your pregnancy

• On-call from 37 weeks — ready to be by your side whenever your little one decides it’s time

FAQ

  • I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after your birth. This includes helping you prepare for labor, offering comfort measures during birth such as acupressure, counter pressure, massage, lighting and aromatherapy. Advocating for your wishes, and supporting you in the early postpartum period. My goal is for you to have a beautiful & positive birth experience.

  • Many families book support in the second trimester, but it’s never too late to reach out. I’ll meet you wherever you are in your pregnancy and help you prepare for your birth and postpartum journey.

  • My standard package is $1,800
